State Champions!

PCHS One Act Drama Team with trophy The Pierce County High School One Act Team won 1st place at the GHSA 3A Competition at Upson-Lee Fine Arts Center in Thomaston. The winning play was "When She Had Wings" by Susan Zeder. 

All performers received individual awards at the region and state level. JoHannah James received Best Actress, and Collin Hendley received Best Actor at region. Camden Jewell and Jaeden Lincoln received All-Star Cast at region. Claire Naylor received Best Actress at state, and Camden Jewell, Jaeden Lincoln, and Collin Hendley received All-Star Cast at state.

PCHS Competition Cheerleaders holding trophyThe Pierce County High School Competition Cheerleading Team won their 6th state title in Columbus. The team lost nine seniors from last year's championship team and had 12 new girls this year.

Congratulations to Coach Amy Nimmer, Assistant Coach Candace Douglas, Assistant Coach Mandy Beverly, and the entire team!
